A mailing is a mass mailing that is usually personally addressed. Whether in an envelope or as a self-mailer, with or without inserts - all variants are possible with us. The desired envelope size is also irrelevant for your mailing - we make it possible.
Personalisation of your item (salutation, addresses, variable images or signatures or EAN and QR codes) is a matter of course here. This is conceivable and possible on the letter, the various enclosures or directly on the envelope.
As a mailing service provider and "certified postal service expert" of Austrian Post, we know very well how a mailing has to be designed and produced. We are no strangers to preparing mailings for Info.Mail, return notices, bundle labels or sorting according to the postal service's specifications for "local bundles".
Postage optimisation and dispatch via alternative postal providers such as Deutsche Post are also part of our daily tasks.
However, we also handle unaddressed mailings (post throws) such as the Info.Post of the Austrian Post or the Postaktuell of the German Post quickly and competently.
The billing of the postal postage also takes place at our premises. Another intermediate step, such as a trip to the local post office (to pay the postal fees) is therefore not necessary for our customers. In combination with our daily delivery to the Post Distribution Centre 5000 in Wals-Siezenheim, short-term production and delivery deadlines are therefore possible.
By the way, we are the only postal service certified provider in the city of Salzburg as well as in the Pinzgau.

Postage optimisation
We always deliver at the most favourable rate for you. If you provide us with your address file in advance, you will receive a detailed offer before your mailing is produced. It is sufficient if your file only contains the postcode and the target country.
What postage options are available?
Priority:
Priority items are usually given priority. The average transit time is 1 day in Austria, 2-4 days within Europe, 3-7 days to other countries.
Economy:
Economy is the cost-effective shipping option for consignments that are not sensitive to transit times. Within Austria it takes 2-3 days, to Europe 5-10 days, to other regions it can take over 20 days.
Advertising rate (Info.Mail, Dialogpost, etc.):
This is the low-cost option for advertising mailings that are identical in format and content.
